Building Community Partnerships

During Janet’s time as your county commissioner she worked on important issues including:

  • Fighting the scourge of meth

  • Protecting our drug endangered children

  • Preventing child abuse through our How are the Children? initiative

  • Giving our elderly more options for long term care

  • Creating a business-friendly environment to spur economic vitality

As a resident of Mesa County since 1984, Janet has worked for the people of Mesa County. She worked to make sure county funds were spent wisely, focused on community solutions, and always fought to protect the most vulnerable in our community.
